The house can accommodate a maximum of 2 adult guests

Your reservation is finalized with a 100% advance payment, for which max. You have 3 calendar days at your disposal.
The guest will receive a full refund if he cancels the reservation within 72 hours of the reservation and at least 28 days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of the reservation and at least 5 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation price will be refunded.

Minimum booking period is 2 nights / 3 nights on New Year’s Eve
Only registered and registered guests using the service are entitled to stay in the accommodation area.
The host is not obliged to accept changes to the reservation before arrival, and there is NO possibility to change the reservation after arrival, it is forbidden to receive guests who are not included in the reservation or registration.
The guest house is pet-friendly, if you come with a pet, please let us know when booking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house!
